Key4Life | Attend the “Younited” Campaign
The team here at KBA are proud to work with a number of charities dotted up and down the UK. The team over at Key4Life are now taking their highly successful “Younited” campaign to the streets of London.
What is Key4Life?
Key4Life, as credited by the Home Office is one of the UK’s leading social injustice charities, focused on helping to reduce the number of youth offenders inside the UK, as well as the number of “re-offenders” through the use of their revolutionary and innovative rehabilitation program, helping ex-offenders to get back into society.
Step Up with Key4Life
Following on from the fabulous performance from Nile Rogers and CHIC at the launch of the “YOUNITED” campaign, the Key4Life team are taking the campaign to the streets of central London to help promote awareness and to challenge corporates to hire young people with an offending background.
The walk will begin at 11:00 am, with breakfast being served at 10:00 am on the 22nd September outside HMP Brixton prison, where all participants will enjoy a breakfast made by the men in HMP Brixton through The Clink and Bad Boys’ Bakery, before setting off across London on a seven mile walk to include three beautiful parks.
Key4Life Anniversary
To celebrate their 7th birthday, key4life are also hosting a celebratory event at the end of the walk at Wormholt Park, White City. The event will include football workshops with Chelsea FC & QPR FC, boxing with New England Boxing, our unique work with horses and performances showcasing Key4Life talent. Food will be provided by both of our Food Cells, and we are particularly excited that the new Food Cell in memory of Jack Winter will be coming out for its first official event.
